Freezer Inventory Support

Freezer Inventory is the fast, private freezer stock and portion tracker from Ever After Group.

Add food quickly

• Type an ordinary line such as 3 chilli portions in Bottom by Friday, check the preview, then tap Add.
• Tap the microphone to speak the same kind of line. You can edit the transcript before adding it.
• If a drawer is not recognised, use its full saved name or rename it from Drawers.

Keep counts accurate

• Use the minus one control when you take a portion from the freezer.
• Open an item's action sheet to mark a portion as wasted, change its details, or put it first in the queue.
• An item that reaches zero stays in memory so it can be restored quickly after restocking.

Check stock while shopping

• Open Check and search by one word, item name, or drawer.
• Switch between In freezer, Out, and All without opening a dense inventory form.

Protect your inventory

• The app keeps local recovery copies automatically.
• Use Export local backup before changing phones, clearing the app, or installing a major system update.
• Use Export CSV when you want a simple stock list for a spreadsheet.
