Freezer Inventory: Privacy Policy

Freezer Inventory is a private freezer stock and portion tracker made by Ever After Group. The short version is simple: your freezer contents stay on your device and are never supplied to advertisers.

Information stored on your device

The app stores freezer item names, portion quantities, drawer names, frozen and use by dates, notes, priorities, used and wasted portion records, and preferences on your device. It keeps checksummed local recovery snapshots and a native preferences mirror so a damaged local copy can be repaired. Ever After Group does not receive this inventory.

Voice add

Voice add starts only when you tap the microphone button. The app asks for microphone and speech recognition access so the speech service supplied by your phone or operating system can turn your words into an editable one-line entry. Depending on your device settings and speech provider, that service may process audio online under its own privacy terms. Freezer Inventory receives the resulting transcript. You can always type instead and can deny microphone access.

Backups and CSV files

A complete JSON backup or CSV stock list is created only when you request an export. You choose where to save or share the file. Restoring a backup reads only the file you select. Ever After Group does not receive a copy.

Advertising and consent

The free edition shows one Google AdMob banner below the app. The banner stays hidden during onboarding, focused one-line entry, voice capture, and action sheets. The app does not use interstitial, rewarded, native, or app-open adverts.

Google Mobile Ads may process your IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device and app identifiers, advert interactions, consent choices, and diagnostic information to deliver and measure adverts, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Freezer Inventory does not add item names, quantities, drawer names, dates, notes, activity, backups, or voice transcripts to an advert request.

Where required, Google's consent form appears before advertising starts. You can accept, refuse, or manage the available choices. The app has no inventory analytics service and does not sell inventory data.

Remove Ads purchase

You can make a permanent one-time Remove Ads purchase through Google Play. Google Play processes the payment and supplies the app with an entitlement. Ever After Group does not receive your payment details. The app keeps a local record so adverts remain hidden, and Restore purchase asks Google Play to check the entitlement again.

Other network use

The app connects to Google Play for purchases and restoration and to Google Mobile Ads for advertising and consent. A device speech service may use a network connection when you choose voice add. The app has no account system, remote inventory database, or cloud backup service.

Children

Freezer Inventory is a general-audience household utility and is not directed specifically at children.

Your control

You can edit or remove individual items, erase the inventory, delete exported files, or uninstall the app. Because Ever After Group does not hold your freezer inventory on its systems, there is no inventory account for us to retrieve, correct, or delete.
