The thesis
We are building the world's first connected home for storytelling: retail, streaming and publishing woven together so creators and readers can read, listen and create all in one place. One audience, served many ways, on shared infrastructure, where the cost of adding the next brand keeps falling while the value of the network keeps rising.
Readers, players and dreamers overlap heavily. Someone who comes for books is a natural fit for the reading platform, the games store, the music service and the apps. By meeting that person wherever their love of story takes them, we grow with them rather than chasing a new customer every time.
One account system, one rewards wallet, one retail backend and one design language are reused across every brand. Each new launch ships faster and cheaper than the last, because most of the platform already exists.
Retail margin, subscriptions, digital goods, gift-card float, agency services and a flagship paid app. No single line carries the company, which makes the group resilient as individual brands mature at different speeds.
Unlike a pure digital play, the group is anchored by a genuine high-street bookshop and a home-town community presence. That gives the brand authenticity, local trust and a physical front door competitors cannot replicate.

LitCoins are the mechanism that turns a collection of brands into one community that grows alongside the people in it.
Members earn LitCoins by buying books, reading chapters and taking part across the network, building real value they carry with them wherever they go in the group.
That balance unlocks chapters, discounts and digital goods across every brand, so loyalty in one place drives spending in another.
A dedicated currency storefront lets customers buy LitCoins and gift them, adding a high-margin revenue line and pulling new users into the network.
Use of capital
We are lean by design. The platform is built and the storefronts are live and able to transact, so funding goes into hosting and upkeep, marketing and reach, and the growth of the brands already trading. We share the detailed breakdown, our financials and the full roadmap privately with prospective investors.
We believe the most enduring businesses are the ones that put their community first.
